We are very happy with our cleaning contractor. The contract start was seamless with provided training, management, and equipment and TUPE'd staff were efficiently inducted. Our regular cleaning programme
for college facilities

To ensure your facilities are always clean and conducive to learning, we collaborate closely with your facilities management team, planning periodic cleaning that minimises disruption and optimises effectiveness.

At regular intervals, our dedicated area manager and site supervisor convene with your facilities team to map out the most effective cleaning schedule. Here's how we ensure a smooth and thorough process:

  • Maintenance Integration: We sync up with any planned maintenance work, scheduling our cleaning after crucial repairs or renovations in classrooms and other areas to avoid unnecessary repetition.
  • Equipped and Ready: We carefully plan for any instances requiring specialised equipment, like carpet cleaners, securing them well in advance to scheduling cleaning to meet your plans.
  • Empowered Team: Our cleaning crew receives comprehensive briefings on the specific requirements, with additional training provided if needed, ensuring they're fully prepared to tackle the unique cleaning challenges of classrooms and other college spaces.
  • Top-to-Bottom Thoroughness: We clean all surfaces in classrooms and other areas, starting from high areas like shelves and light fixtures and working our way down to furniture and floors – nothing escapes our attention to detail.
  • Quality Assurance: Upon completion, our supervisor inspects the entire space using a rigorous quality audit checklist, ensuring every nook and cranny in classrooms and other areas shines.
  • Collaborative Sign-Off: Finally, we conduct a joint inspection with your facilities team to guarantee complete satisfaction before signing off.

We are very happy and impressed with our cleaning contractor. The start of the new contract was seemless. The contractor has provided the staff training, staff management and new equipment as promised at the tender presentation. It was good to see how successfully and efficiently the TUPE'd cleaning staff were inducted as staff of the new contractor.

Despite the fact that most of the cleaning staff were TUPE’d across to Ever Brite, the standard of cleaning improved to a very noticeable extent. Since Ever Brite took over, I have not received complaints about the standard of cleaning and the morale of the cleaning team appears to have improved.

Ever Brite have been in regular contact with the College holding frequent meetings with our Premises Manager both at supervisor and manager level. They proved to be especially helpful and proactive in assisting the College with its response to COVID and in setting up additional preventative measures. The provision of additional day cleaners was done quickly and simply.
